Great apartment to stay in! Had everything you needed and it was so quiet! I love the pillow variety and the water pressure was great for the shower! The host were responsive and easy to communicate.

Shelly was an incredible host. She was extremely communicative and helpful with suggestions when asked. The instructions on how to find the home and how to get in were very clearly communicated. There was a Keurig and a coffee pot, and coffee for both stocked which is a must when vacationing with the family. The water was very hot which is also amazing. Right off the porch, you see the beautiful view of the mountains and are very close to all activities!
We would be happy to stay at Shelly’s home for another trip out to Colorado Springs.

It was a very comfortable stay for me and . Other than the issue with the keypad to enter the main door, in which the hosts were very responsive, everything went smoothly. The place was clean, and the beddings were nice and clean! They went above and beyond with providing ingredients for spaghetti dinner, popcorn bag, and some bottled water!. I would stay in this place again.

My coworker and I had a really pleasant stay. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed. The view of the mountains outside the apartment was awesome. I will try to stay here again the next time I’m in Colorado Springs..

Shelly has a beautiful place. She was very responsive to all of our questions both before and during our stay. The house was well stocked with everything from paper goods to laundry pods. She even surprised us with the makings for a meal our first night and microwave popcorn. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the table and chairs on the back patio provided a peaceful surrounding to start the day. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was very well stocked with coffee, sweetener, spices, cutlery and dinnerware. Once we bought our groceries, we wanted for nothing. There were also books and board games. We would stay here again in the future and highly recommend you do too.

Shelly's place was perfect for us. It was close to everything on Colorado springs and Manitou springs. The space was perfect and exactly how it was described. We will definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed here several times over the years. Shelly & Tracy are amazing! They’re quick to reply, helpful, give recommendations, and the place is beautiful and cozy. Not to mention the view of the mountains as soon as you walk out! Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We had a great stay! The host is very responsive and the space was clean and comfortable. The only small issue we had was the pack and play could use a mattress pad as it was very hard. We managed to make it a little more padded with baby's blanket in the fitted sheet so he still slept fine. Otherwise no problems!!

This home was amazing. It felt very private, secure, and homey. There’s plenty of parking so we never had to worry about that which was great + the home was extremely clean and comfortable you cant beat it for the price. Overall a great experience will definitely rent again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. Any questions were quickly responded to. We utilized the spaghetti care package on our first evening so it felt like a home away from home. We wanted to be away from downtown but easy commuting to points of interest and shopping. We did not want to be in the mountains but close enough to visiting them. We were not disappointed.
