Tc place is great! You can see mountains out the kitchen and living room window. Great area for grilling! There everything you need in the kitchen and extra for if you forgot something! Highly recommend tc place to anyone looking!

Great place to stay. Appreciated the extras like coffee, pasta and everything else that was provided. Property manager was nice as well , every time we saw her she made sure we didn’t need anything.

Great value for the money. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Stayed 2 nights. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Easy to find and quick response from host when needed. Would stay again!

I travel a lot with my dog, and this was a great cozy house. There is a nice little coffee bar. There were a lot of welcoming little touches and we would stay here again.

Place was perfect if you’re going to stay in in the area! Everything was just as described, clean and organized. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels. AC worked great, neighborhood was very peaceful. Had no issues here at all, 10/10 would recommend staying here and will more than likely be staying here again when we return to Colorado Springs!

Very nice place and it was just as Shelly described. The apartment was clean and well equipped for our travels. There are some great restaurants that we enjoyed, which was a highlight(Somjai Thai and Masala Bites). We had an issue with the thermostat and with Shelly's helped the problem was solved, a minor inconvenience to say the least.

It was just as described! Situated where everything you wanted to was 30 mins or so away! The bed was comfortable! There was upstairs noise late into the night but it’s an apartment so it’s expected! Would def stay here again.

Loved staying at Shelly's, this is the 3rd time I've stayed. Everything was as described. Feels right at home. Nearby and close to lots of places to eat and explore. Can't go wrong with staying at one of Shellys locations. I will definitely stay at one of her listings in the future.

We were pleased with the apartment and the value as compared to a hotel stay. The place offered plenty of room and we appreciate the spaghetti dinner provided on the house. Couple of notes for improvement of the facilities... 1. The strength of the showerhead could be improved. 2. The drain at the end of the cul-de-sac should be marked better so that a vehicle entering the parking area does not run into it without seeing it. Suggest that the entire drain width be painted red or yellow to mark where one should not drive or some other similar solution. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay. Thank you.
