The apartment was as described and clean. Good communication, easy entry. I liked the coffee station and there were some little touches that went the extra mile. Bed was very comfortable. This is in a quadplex and there was some noise from the adjoining unit, but the common wall is well away from the bedroom and I had no issues with noise while sleeping. Convenient to all the businesses and restaurants on Powers Blvd but far enough away the area is quiet.

Shelly was a great host. The house was as expected it was clean, organized, and peaceful. Shelly checked in with me while at my stay to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend this house :)

My family enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen cooking supplies were well stocked, making it very helpful to make our own meals. The house was nice and clean and the location was quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! Would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Colorado Springs. I was there for a week for training. The kitchen was fully equipped. I was able to meal prep without eating out all week. Beautiful clean and cozy home!

What a quiet neighborhood!! We enjoyed the evenings with coffee on the patio. Plenty of space to stretch out. The kitchen was well equipped & plenty of bath towels. The host suggested we eat at ‘The Airplane Restaurant’, we highly recommend it too!!! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in Colorado Springs with Shelly and Tracy as our hosts, and once again, everything was perfect! The place was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. They were quick to respond and accommodating whenever we had questions. We really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!
